Happy Monday gang!
I hope everyone had a great Christmas. Mine was fabulous, filled with good friends, quality time with the family and lots of food. Too much food. Too much bad food. So today I’m beginning my post holiday detox. It started this morning at the gym. My boss at the Y teaches the class right after mine and we were commenting that we feel like we’re sweating sugar. At least we hope so. I’m not one to keep track of how many calories or fat grams I’m consuming or how much work it will take to burn it all off, but the past two weeks have been ridiculous. I feel disgusting. I don’t really make or believe in New Year’s Resolutions, but my very loosely defined goal for 2009 is “be healthy.” We’ll see how it goes.
