Corned Beef Hash (Chef Joe’s Place)


4 oz cooked corn beef
1 cup fresh shredded potatoes
2 tbsp red onion
1 tsp montreal steak seasoning
2 eggs


Mix cornbeef, potatoes, onions, and seasoning.
Sautee in a skillet.
When brown drop in two eggs and break yolks.
Ready to serve when eggs are done.
