STABBING ARREST: A Fort Dodge woman has been arrested after she allegedly stabbed her mother during an argument

Fort Dodge Police say they’ve arrested a woman for allegedly stabbing her mother.

Police found 61-year-old Joleen Dietz inside her apartment with non-life threatening injuries to her arm and back on Wednesday.

Police say it appears Joleen Dietz and her daughter, 28-year-old Jennifer Dietz, were fighting prior to the incident.

Police arrested Jennifer Dietz. She’s charged with willful injury in the case.
