A bill to ban traffic cameras may still have life at the Statehouse. The measure will be debated Wednesday in the House.

Just Monday, House Speaker Kraig Paulsen said the ban was still short of the votes needed to win approval. If the proposal isn't approved in the house by Friday it will be dead for the year.

Governor Branstad says he will sign the ban if it reaches his desk.
