Herder’s Hash
Ingredients:
- olive oil
- diced potatoes
- diced onions
- diced green peppers
- cooked bacon pieces
- diced ham
- chopped Irish banger (sausage)
- shredded cheese
- eggs
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add variety of diced potatoes to hot pan. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Once tender, add diced onion, diced green peppers, cooked bacon pieces, diced ham, a chopped Irish banger. Let cook up, season with salt and pepper. When all is nice and tender, and a little crispy, serve up and top with shredded cheese. Serve with a side of eggs.
Cold Cannon Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- olive oil
- chopped cabbage
- diced ham
- diced green onions
- cooked mashed potatoes
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add chopped cabbage to hot pan, ham, and diced green onions. Mix with cooked mashed potatoes.
