Tom Miller is joining 15 other attorneys general in a lawsuit against Apple and three of the nation’s biggest book publishers alleging e-book price-fixing.

Miller says the companies conspired to raise prices when apple entered the e-book market and eliminated retail competition.

Miller estimates e-book customers have been overcharged $100-million by the companies.
