Some old trees are getting a new look this week in Waukee. Gary Keenan of Des Moines is taking a large oak tree and turning it into a love seat. But this is now ordinary bench. It'll have a fantasy feel with trolls, butterflies, toad stools, and tree frogs.

This is the first of three trees Keenan is carving at Timberline Camp Grounds. He started carving the oak tree on Sunday. He says when he carves, it's all free-hand.

If you'd like to see Keenan carve he'll be at the Iowa State Fair this summer.
