SECRETS SERVED: Summer Grilled Veggie Platter
Choose your favorite vegetables and marinate them overnight in balsamic vinaigrette. Grill the vegetables with your favorite meat (chicken, beef, or shrimp) seasoned with your favorite seasoning or rub.
As the vegetables and meat are finishing, warm some pitas with Italian herbs on the grill.
Serve vegetables, meat, and pitas on a platter with a half head of frisee lettuce, as well as some oak leaf and butter lettuce. You can top with balsamic reduction.
