SECRETS SERVED: Johnny’s Steak and Chicken Duo with a Vodka Cream Sauce

• 8 oz chicken breast
• 7 oz certified angus beef top sirloin
• Provolone cheese
• Prosciutto
• Herb bread crumb mix
• Red onion
• Cherry tomatoes (halved)
• Vodka
• Marinara
• Basilico sauce
• Cream
• Bacon
• Asparagus


Chicken -
1. 8 oz chicken breast
2. Black pepper and kosher salt seasoning
3. 2 slices of provolone cheese and 2 slices of prosciutto
4. Roll the breast up - keep the breast as tight as possible
5. Herb bread crumb mix – add a light coat over the top of the chicken
6. Place in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes

Beef -
1. 7 oz certified angus beef top sirloin
2. Cracked black pepper and kosher salt
3. Place on broil grill

Sauce -
1. Heat olive oil in hot sauté pan
2. Diced red onion, sauté until slightly translucent
3. Add halved cherry tomatoes
4. Cook until tender
5. Deglaze with vodka
6. Add marinara
7. Quarter cup of basilico sauce
8. Some cream

Plating -
1. Place chicken and then sauce on top
2. Place sauce and beef on top
3. Garnish with bacon-wrapped asparagus
