Dan was on the patio for this week’s Centsable Health with Adam from Fareway to make a Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon.

You can purchase a cedar plank at any hardware store.

Soak the plank in water for at least 4 hours.

You want to cook on the smooth side of the plank with a little bit of olive oil.
