To fuel yourself before:
- Low in Fat and Fiber
- Moderate amounts of carbohydrates and proteins
- Not new
- Fluids
To fuel during:
- Hour long workout- 8 oz sports drink
- Water is fine for short workouts
To refuel after:
- 10-20 g Proteins
- Carbohydrates
