VOTING INFLUENCE: Branstad Vs. VanderPlaats

 Voters are trickling in for Tuesday’s primary election…. and it could have an impact on two people who aren’t on the ballot.

  Governor Branstad and the man he beat in the governor’s race, Bob Vanderplaats,  are both trying to influence some republican races.
