One-and a half-year old Violet Potter has a rare form of cancer. That's not the least of her worries. Her family is also homeless and lives in poverty. She has five other brothers and sisters that she lives with.
They found a large tumor in her abdomen on Father's Day this past month, after originally going to the hospital for falling down the stairs. The tumor causes nerve cell damage and goes into the spine. It could leave her deaf for the rest of her life.
Now comes surgeries and other chemotherapy that ensues. The only problem is how to pay for it.
If you would like to help out Violet, just stop by any local Veridian Credit Union Branch. An account has been set up in her name.
