FIELD OF DREAMS: Dyersville Meets For Plans with Ball Diamond

Tonight the Dyersville City Council will discuss the Field of Dreams movie site expansion. It comes after a public forum last night. Developers welcomed about 150 people to the meeting in hopes of dispelling fears about the plans. Several people asked questions including members of the Dyersville Fire and Rescue.

The assistant chief is concerned with medial response time when thousands of people are in the town for tournaments. Developers say the facility will staff medical personnel on site.
