COLLEGE ENROLLMENT: ISU Beats Iowa In Enrollment

For the first time in nearly 40-years, Iowa State University will have higher enrollment than the University of Iowa.

More than 31,000 students are expected to attend Iowa State when classes begin this fall.  At the University of Iowa, 30,800 students are enrolled for fall classes.

The Des Moines Register says it’s the first time Iowa State has enjoyed higher enrollment since 1979.
