DROUGHT CONDITIONS: Coralville Voluntary Conservation

Voluntarily conserve water now, or face mandatory restrictions in the future.  That warning went out to residents in Coralville, Thursday.

In order to reduce water use residents are encouraged to only minimally water outdoor plants, and to not water their lawns at all.

City leaders are concerned about a possible water shortage if the drought continues.
