We’ve arrived in the dog days of summer, but Fareway has some great ideas on how to stay hydrated. 

Iced tea counts toward your 9-13 cups per day.

Making your own flavored iced tea is cheaper than buying it at the supermarket.

A few ideas:

Mint Iced Tea, green tea brewed with mint and a little honey. 

Pomegranate Tea: pomegranate juice mixed with a little sugar and a raspberry or hibiscus tea.

Orange Tea: Earl Grey tea with orange juice and a little sugar.

Citrus Tea: Tea mixed with fresh lemon juice.
