LAKE REMAINS: Officials Identify Human Remains

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office says the human remains discovered in Little Wall Lake Thursday have been identified.

The Medical Examiner’s Office says the remains are of Virgil Wilcox of Jewell. He was reported missing in June of 2008.

Officials have ruled his death a suicide with the probable cause of death listed as drowning.
