SUSPECT SOUGHT: Robberies May Be Linked

Des Moines police think that the suspect in an overnight robbery may be connected to several other robberies.

The Git-n-Go convenience store at 100 Watrous was robed just after midnight Friday. Police say a man with a small hand gun entered the story and demanded money. He got away with about $400.

Police have released images from surveillance video from another robbery they think the same man committed. Late Wednesday the Git-n-Go at 5736 Franklin was robbed by a man with gun.

The suspect was wearing two masks during the robbery but police say he is a black male about five-foot-five.
