VP REACTION: Santorum Weighs In On VP Selection

Rick Santorum says he served in congress with Paul Ryan and thinks he’s a good fit on the ticket.

“Paul Ryan feels it in his heart. He understands it and he has the passion and courage to make bold proposals in places where it’s not popular to do. He’s exactly what we need in Washington DC,” said Santorum.

Mike Huckabee also praised Romney’s decision calling Ryan “a great asset to the republican ticket.”
