INFANT RECOVERING: Child Endangerment

A Waterloo infant is recovering after spending about 30 minutes in a hot car.

The child’s mother, 24-year-old Shawna Bailey is charged with child endangerment.

KCRG’s Dave Franzman spoke with her and the firefighter who rescued the baby.
