FORGERY SUSPECT: Police Seeking Assistance

West Des Moines police are asking for the public’s help to identify a forgery suspect.

Police say a credit card stolen during a vehicle burglary at a fitness center on August 3rd has been used fraudulently at stores in West Des Moines and Clive.

Surveillance images of the suspect have been released by police.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as a white 1990’s Ford Taurus that is missing the front passenger side hubcap.

If you have any information on the suspect you’re asked to contact Polk County Crime Stoppers at 223-1400. A $1,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest in the case.
