CAMPAIGN STOP: Obama ISU Event Announced

More details have been released about President Obama’s campaign trip to Iowa next week.

Obama’s campaign says he’ll deliver remarks at Iowa State University in Ames on Tuesday. The event is taking place on the central campus at 10:30 a.m.

The event is free and open to the public, but tickets must be used for admittance. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis Saturday starting at noon at the Memorial Union on ISU’s campus or the Organizing for America office at 413 Northwestern Avenue in Ames.

President Obama is also scheduled to be in the Des Moines area on September 1st. Details for that campaign stop are not yet available.
