ELECTION 2012: Actors In Iowa To Encourage Students

Actors Rashida Jones and Adam Scott will be in Iowa this weekend. The two are best known for their roles in the NBC comedy Parks and Recreation.

They will attend events at Drake University, Iowa State University, University of Iowa and University of Northern Iowa on Saturday and Sunday. The exact details of the events have not been released yet.

A campaign press advisory says they plan on discussing the importance of November’s election with young folks.
