DIAMOND SECURITY: Christopher’s On High Alert

A jewelry store owner is beefing up security again after a thief tried to rip him off this week.

Christopher’s Fine Jewelry is adding a day time security guard at its location on Merle Hay Road.

The owner, Chris Seuntjens, added an overnight guard after a previous break-in.  The store has been targeted four times this year.

Police say the most recent suspect is a woman tried to walk out the store with an $11,000 ring on her finger.  An employee was able to stop her outside, and she allegedly assaulted the employee in the process.
