MORNING ACCIDENT: Highway 5 Bypass Rollover

An accident on the Highway 5 bypass tied up traffic for a short time Monday morning.

Officers say it happened around 7:30 a.m. just west of the Southwest 9^th Bridge.

A woman sideswiped a disabled car on the side of the road and rolled. The crash blocked the eastbound Highway 5 lane for a short time.

The driver was treated at the scene, but didn’t go to the hospital.
