FAIRGROUNDS FIRE: Officials Investigate Possible Arson

Centerville Police are looking for a possible arsonist who set fire to a horse barn. 

Firefighters were called to the Appanoose County Fairgrounds around 3:00 a.m. Monday morning.  The fire was at an empty horse bar on the fairgrounds. 

Firefighters were able to put the fire out in less than an hour, but they say the horse barn and show arena are a complete loss. 

Police are asking anyone with information about the fire to contact them.
