ARSON PLEA: Court Date Pushed Back

The next court date for a man charged with setting a Des Moines church on fire is being pushed back.

Fifty six-year-old James Galbo is charged with arson for an August 24th fire.  Prosecutors say he set fire to the Lighthouse Full Gospel Baptist Church while people were still inside.

Everyone got out safely, but the building was destroyed.

Galbo will enter a plea during his October 4th arraignment.
