LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION: Seinfeld Star Coming to Iowa

I haven’t seen President Obama’s campaign announce this yet, but Jason Alexander, the actor from Seinfeld fame is headed to Iowa Thursday for an early voting event. Alexander joins Kal Penn and Ashley Judd as just a few of the Hollywood-types who have come to Iowa on the president’s behalf.

Alexander starred in that “show about nothing.” Let’s hope the final 6 weeks, for both sides, aren’t campaigns about nothing, other than just attacks.

Here are the details I saw in an email to Story County Democrats about Alexander’s visit:

JASON ALEXANDER of SEINFELD fame is   coming to celebrate EARLY   VOTING tomorrow—THU. SEP 27 at 9:30am at Hattery Park (Q St   and 5th St) in Nevada. Mr. Alexander will discuss his support for President   Barack Obama as well as meet and take pictures with everyone.
Food and coffee will be available. If you have a favorite breakfast dish,   please share it with the group. The plan is to be at the Courthouse by 11am.   We will walk and drive to the Courthouse, and then VOTE EARLY!
