MIRACLE LEAGUE: Baseball Field Work Starts

Work starts Wednesday on a new baseball field for student athletes in the metro.

Wednesday night, Ankeny city leaders will break ground on a Miracle League field and playground.

The project will include a baseball field, similar to the one across from Principal Park that is specially designed for children with special needs.

The new field and playground should be completed late next year.
