FREEZE FEARS: City Of Des Moines Worries About Freezing

The city of Des Moines is taking the threat of overnight freezing seriously.

The city will shut off water to all fountains and restrooms at public parks starting Friday, October 5th.

Even though the water is being shut off, shelters are still available for rent until the weather completely turns to winter.
