REPLACING SEBRING: Board To Pick Search Firm
The Des Moines school board will select a search firm Tuesday to help find a new superintendent.
The board is considering four companies. The one that’s chosen will begin its search on November 1st.
Former superintendent Nancy Sebring had already planned to leave the district for a job in Omaha when she resigned early after the media discovered sexually-charged e-mails sent from her public account.
The board meets Tuesday at Central Campus at 6:00 p.m.
