SHOOTING UPDATE: Teen Still Hospitalized

A Berwick boy is still in critical condition, Monday night, two days after he was shot at an Ankeny home. Police were called to 6388 Northeast 22nd Street on Saturday afternoon.

That’s where they found 12-year-old Michael Wells with a gunshot wound to his head.

A boy and a girl were also at the home, but no adults were there at the time of the shooting.

So far, no charges have been filed.
