FEATURE FILM: Director Seeking Iowa Actors

The director of a new horror film is planning to shoot in Iowa and he needs local actors.

Thor Moreno is directing a piece called Murder Incorporated in early 2013.

Moreno has director two other full-length movies including one called “Iowa”, which is being released around Christmas time.

For the up-coming Murder Incorporated, Moreno says he’s planning to shoot in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and Council Bluffs.

Moreno says he’ll need about 100 local actors for different sized roles.

“We are encouraging everybody who wants to or has ever dreamed of being part of a feature film to come out and see us for that, so we can find places for people,” says Moreno.

The first casting call is October 26th at the Grimes Community Center.
