An Ames man charged with sexually assaulting a teenager is now out of jail as he awaits trial.
Twenty-year old Mason Reilly is charged with second degree sexual abuse.
A 17-year-old girl says Reilly and two of his friends took her from her home and sexually assaulted her at a park back in July.
Last week Reilly was released from custody. His trial is scheduled to begin October 30th.
Two teenagers who were charged along with Reilly have been cleared in the case.
