JOB FAIR: ISU Ag Job Fair Largest In The Country

Jobs and creating more of them is one of the hot button issues this election cycle.

Tuesday, Iowa State University was hoping to help its students get on a good career path.

More than 200 businesses and organizations participated in the Agriculture Career Day.  That makes it the largest agricultural job recruitment event in the country.

Organizers say more than 2,000 students attended the six hour fair.

Wednesday, employers will call about a third of those students back for interviews.
