MAN STABBED: Saylor Township Investigation

Polk County deputies are looking into an early morning stabbing on the north side of the metro Tuesday.

They say 46-year-old Timothy Carter was stabbed at his residence at 400 Northwest 50th Place in Saylor Township a little before 7:00 am.

Detectives say there were other people at the home when Carter was stabbed, but they have not said yet what their involvement was.They are being interviewed

Paramedics took Carter to the hospital, and say that his injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
