FOURTH DISTRICT: Tough Race For King And Vilsack

In communities across Iowa’s fourth congressional district, the race between Steve King and Christie Vilsack is pitting neighbor against neighbor. Both candidates have name recognition.  If elected, the former First Lady would make history as the state`s first congresswoman.

Current Republican Congressman Steve King says he has a record of cutting spending and balancing the budget.

While Vilsack calls herself a problem solver, King says any less than flattering names he is called is a result of people twisting his words for political gain.

Voters in Iowa’s fourth congressional district will decide whether to send a newcomer or a veteran to Washington.
