ROMNEY EVENT: Storm Disrupts Campaign Stops
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will not be campaigning Tuesday because of former Hurricane Sandy, but his wife will attend an event in Iowa.
He’s instead holding a storm relief rally in Ohio, urging supporters to donate to relief funds.
Mitt Romney did campaign in Davenport Monday, which was one of his last stops before shutting down his campaign because of the storm.
Romney will not attend a scheduled rally in Des Moines Tuesday night but his wife Ann will still be there. The rally is at 6:00 p.m. at the Temple for the Performing Arts.
Doors open at 4:00 p.m. and tickets are still available through the Romney campaign.
