MURDER CASE: Powell Arraignment Set

The arraignment has been set for Ogden man facing a first degree murder charge for allegedly killing his wife.

Twenty-eight-year-old Josh Powell is expected to enter his plea to the charge November 19^th.

Police say he strangled his wife, 25-year-old Jaclyn Powell, during an argument at the couple’s home on October 20^th. Josh Powell waited until the following day to call 911 and report her death.

He is being held in the Boone County Jail on a bond of $2 million.
