The presidential campaign trails collide this weekend in the Hawkeye state.

President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney both have planned events in Dubuque Saturday, but that’s not the only time they’ll be in Iowa ahead of Election Day Tuesday.

Mitt Romney will be in Des Moines on Sunday. He’s holding a rally at Hy-Vee Hall. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. and the event begins at 9:30 a.m.

President Obama will make his last campaign stop in Iowa the day before the election.

Obama will be joined by First Lady Michelle Obama and rocker Bruce Springsteen in Des Moines. Specific details on the campaign stop haven’t been released.

Following the event, Obama will head back to Chicago for Election Day.
