JUDGE VOTE: Justice Wiggins Retained

The Iowa State Bar Association says Iowans voted to retain Iowa Supreme Court Justice David Wiggins.

Wiggins was heavily targeted by several conservative groups who wanted him ousted due to his role in the unanimous decision that overturned Iowa’s ban on same-sex marriage.

Bus tours both for and against Justice Wiggins have been covering the state since September.
