REMAINS FOUND: Possible Missing Man Found

A contractor working in the basement of a house on North Fifth street in Sac City found what appears to be human bones. 

The former owner of the home, 58-year old Mark Koster, disappeared back in 2009.  He was declared legally dead last year and his home was sold. 

Local and state investigators reportedly searched the small home when Koster disappeared, but didn’t find the remains. 

The Sac City police chief was not available for comment and a spokeswoman for the state DCI did not return our calls.
