BIRTHDAY BASH: Rubio To Headline Branstad Event

Political visits to Iowa were a regular sight leading up to the presidential election, and it seems that trend is continuing even though the election is over.

Senator Marco Rubio of Florida is coming to Iowa later this month. The senator will be in the state to help wish Gov. Terry Branstad a happy birthday and help out at a fundraiser.

Rubio is headlining the governor’s 66th birthday bash at Adventureland’s Palace Theater on November 17th.

The event raises money for Governor Branstad’s campaign committee.
