WATER WORKS: Manager Placed On Leave

The General Manager of Creston Water Works is on paid leave pending an investigation.

The Water Works Board decided to place Steve Green on leave during a closed door meeting on Friday.

Authorities are currently looking into alleged irregularities at the plant. There’s no word yet as to what those irregularities are.

The board has confiscated Green’s company keys and credit cards.
