CRASH UPDATE: Citation Issued In Deadly Crash

A driver involved in a deadly accident on Merle Hay road earlier this month is being issued a citation.

Matthew Rodine is charged with failure to yield.

Police say Rodine hit 38-year old Brad Clikeman at the intersection of Merle Hay Road and Meredith Drive. Clikeman was riding his motorcycle northbound on Merle Hay while Rodine was heading Southbound and made a left turn onto Meredith Drive.

Clikeman was taken to the hospital with severe injuries, and died two days later.

Rodine was not injured.
