HELPING OUT: Students Feed The Pod

A group of students are trying to make a difference this holiday season. Indian Hills Junior High in Clive has been collecting food and toiletry items.

Their Feed the Pod, 5 day food drive ended Tuesday.

Students loaded the donated items into a POD trailer, and then the company moved it the Food Bank of Iowa for free.  

The students were able to gather 3,900 pounds of food and toiletries.

This is the second year Indian Hills students have participated in Feed the Pod.
