FATAL ACCIDENT: Tractor Rollover Claims Life

The holiday weekend turned tragic for one Cambridge family. 

Sheriff’s officials say 42-year old Noel Shepley was riding on a tractor with his 9-year old daughter, Mallory, when the tractor rolled into a ditch. Both of them were pinned for approximately 15 minutes before a passerby noticed the wreck and called for help.

Noel died before help could arrive, Mallory was flown to Blank Children’s Hospital. Her legs were injured, but she is expected to survive.

Funeral services for Noel are expected to be held at Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada, further details are pending.
