LOTTERY FEVER: Powerball Jackpot Nears Record Amount

The Powerball drawing isn’t until Wednesday, but lottery fever is hitting the country.

Saturday night’s drawing didn’t produce any winners, meaning by Wednesday, the jackpot will grow to a record $425 million.

If sales increase the way they have for past large jackpots, the amount may even surpass that, before the drawing.

If you want to test your luck, tickets have to be purchased by 8:59 P.M. Wednesday.
