GIRLS BASKETBALL: Des Moines East Looks To Build Confidence

Just one week in to the girls basketball season we already have a big upset.  
Des Moines East knocked off top ranked Southeast Polk Tuesday night 53-39.
The Scarlets are ranked anywhere from 2nd to 6th so they’re expecting a solid season.  
Runner up three years ago, Champs in 2011, the Scarlets have the tradition, now its all about building that confidence.
